This notice explains what personal data Matsense AI Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and your rights. We keep it short and in plain English.
Who we are
Matsense AI Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number [ADD COMPANY NUMBER]. Our registered office is 36 Malthouse Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 9HY. You can contact us about privacy at info@matsenseai.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- AI assistant preview: if you ask us to email you a report or a tailored preview, we collect your email address, the type of business you chose and the sample report you created.
- Feedback: if you tell us whether the preview was useful, we collect your answer, any suggestion you type, the type of business you chose and the page address. We do not ask for your name or email for this, so please do not include personal details in suggestions.
- Your theme choice: if you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser. It never reaches us.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
We use Google Workspace to store enquiries in a spreadsheet and to send emails. Google acts as our data processor under a contract that requires it to protect your data.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and preview requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Marketing consent: until you unsubscribe.
- Anonymous feedback: for as long as it helps us improve our services.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@matsenseai.co.uk. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and similar technology
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so loading a page does not send your details to font providers. The only thing we store on your device is your light or dark mode choice, if you make one, and only so the site remembers it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
